SIGNS UP JOCKEY FIELDS NEW ORLEANS, La., Jan. 15. James Fitzsimmons, trainer for the Quincy Stable, concluded arrangements through J. J. Me-Cauley for the services of jockey Fields for this year. The rider will report to the Fitzsimmons stable in the East immediately after the close of the Fair Grounds meeting.
