IRISH STABLEMENS UNION Eejects Proposals of Trainers at The Curragh to Reduce Wages and Bonus for Winners. The Curragh Trainers Associations announcement of its intention to reduce the wages of The Curragh stable workers from 1.8S to .3S a week, and the bonus for each, winner from 5 to 0, as from February 2. lias been considered at a meeting of The Currajrh Stable Workers section of the Irish Transport "Workers Union at Kildare. It was unanimously decided to reject the proposals, and also to require that improvements sllould be made in the sleeping accommodation of the employees, and that the matter of livng indoor or outdoor should be made optional at each stable. It was further agreed that a claim be made that each man be asked to take charge of only two horses, that the number of ap-Pi entices be fixed, and that horses should not be exercised on Sundays.
