RULING IN TRANSLATE CASE NEW ORLEANS, La., Feb. 19. An aftermath to inconsistent racing of Translate today when the stewards investigating his racing since his victory Saturday concluded the case and handed down the following ruling during the afternoon: "Trainer W. Rawleys license has been revoked. No further entries will be received from horses owned wholly or partly by I. G. Roth. The horse Translate has been disqualified from racing." The ruling is a drastic one and virtually means the ruling off for life of Translate and also deprives I. G. Roth further privilege of racing horses. The officials evidently were fully of the opinion that sharp practice had been resorted to in the racing of the horse.
