JOCKEY H. ZANDER PUNISHED NEW ORLEANS, La., Feb. 19. Jockey Zander, who rode Al Stebler yesterday and was responsible for the fall of L. McDermott on Kent L., was suspended for the remainder of the Fair Grounds meeting. Zander made admission that he had interfered with Kent L. but that it had been unintentional and was the result of Al Stebler swerving against Kent L.
