Twenty Years Ago Today Chief Turf Events of March 8, 1904 Racing at New Orleans, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Hot Springs. The following ruling was handed out today by the stewards at New Orleans: To H. T. Griffin Kindly remove from the grounds of the Crescent City Jockey Club within twenty-four hours after the receipt of this notice all horses owned or controlled by you, with the exception of those that are entered in the stakes to be run between this date and the close of the meeting.
