NAMES DEAN AS STARTER COLUMBUS, Ohio, March 29. Lester "Tex" Dean has been named as starter for the Beulah Parks running meeting, which begins April 19. Fourteen horses, including Fincastle and Mad Nell, were in todays first direct shipment from Cuba.
