April L— The directors of the Kentucky Jockey Club held a meeting in the clubhouse offices at Churchill Downs yesterday, but the only business transacted was the re-election of the same officers and the approval of the action of the executive committee in increasing the clubs appropriation to the Louisville community chest from .00: to 0,000.
