JUDGE PRICE BACK ON JOB EOriSYILEE. Ky.. April 1 Judge Charles K. Price, bronzed and in the best of health, arrived Monday morning from his winter home in Naples. Ela.. and was a visitor at the Downs to confer with general manager M. J. Winn. Judge Price, who has occupied a place in the stewards stand at hurchill Down:? and other tracks for many years, will continue to discharge the duties of that office, together with the position of assistant manager of the Kentucky Jockey Ilub. a position to which ha was appointed last year.
