REVOKE JOCKEY LICENSES NEW YORK, April 15.— Jockeys A. Claver and Stephen OPonncll, who had been granted licenses by the Jockey Club stewards to ride on tracks under their jurisdiction this year, will not appear In-fore the metropolitan racing public after all. On report of the Tijuana stewards the Jot key Club stewards rcokcd the licenses granted to these boys. Both of these riders have been deprived of their licenses to ride at Tijuana.
