Won driving; second and third the same. HOIRMORE began slowly, but worked his way up steadily n the outside and under hard riding, got up to win in the closing strides. SI. EDGE ran ■ good race from the start, and raced SIN ALTOS into defeat, but tired slightly in the final drive. HONFLElR, away well, was a forward contender from the start, and finishing resolutely, would have been second iu another stride. SUN ALPOS showed the most early speed, but retired after going a lialf mile. HlLLABALOO raced in closest pursuit of the winner, to the stretch, and tired badly in the final sixteenth. WASHINGTON overcame early interference. MISS CAMEO showed early speed and was eased up when beaten.
