June 16.— A meeting of the Canadian Racing Associations was held in the clubhouse at Dorval Park previous to the, first race, with the following in attendance: W. P. Fraser, J. H. Madigan. H. J. Mclntyre. O. M. Hendrie, J. K. L. Ross and Fred Richard. The most important action was that re-. scinding the rule by which it previously was permissable to run two or more jumping horses in separate interests, but under one trainer without their being coupled in the betting. On the recommenilation of the Connaught Park stewards the entry of Argumental was ordered refused because of ungovernable actions at the post. Officials for the Hamilton. Fort Erie and Windsor meetings were approved. A trainers license was refused to W. H. ILall, and the applications of George T. Heard and Edward A. Lange were laid over. L. Aron received a probationary riding li-1 cense. Apprentice applications for Daniel Mc-, Dougall and A. Vuillemot were tabled. The latter has ridden under the name of A. Vil- more. The following assumed names were approved : Lilane Stable, Missouri Stable and Victoria Stable.
