DEVONSHIRE TURF NOTES WINDSOR, OnL, Aug. 9. J. P. Turner, racing secretary of the Southern Maryland Fair, is distributing the condition books for the fall meeting at Marlboro, from September 9 to September 13. There will be three 00, three 00 and one 00 purse each day. A friendly feeling is being established between the Western Racing Association and the Kenilworth Driving Club and the two clubs are working with instead of against each other. Western Racing Association is advertising Kenilworths fall dates in a prominent place in the center field.
