ABUSING BADGE PRIVILEGE JvEW ORLEANS. La.. Dec. 9. In future all owners and trainers who loan their badges will be fined ?50 and their horses will bs barred from racing until the fine is paid. This question was brought to the attention of the Jefferson Park stewards by Manager J2ddy. who found a number of horsemen were abusing the privilege.
