Charles Neyt. appeared Saturday at the office of Mr. Nathanson, the associate steward, explaining he had ridden on most of the European race courses and also in South America. He came to Havana from Porto Rico. Neyt is avcII appearing, courteous in manner and asked for a chance to exercise horses, to determine the question, Avhether a jockeys license should be issued to him.
