V AUCTION SALE AT DOWNS LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 11.— Announcement has been made that Wavering, the dam of Captain Hal, would be offered at public auction in the Churchill Downs paddock April 16. At the same time a two-year-old filly by Golden Maxim— Wavering, half-sister to Captain Hal, will be sold. The sale is for the purpose of winding up the estate of the late H. B. Gorin. Wavering is at Blacks Farm, r»»ar this city, and it was announced that she will not be brought hero for the sale.
