Won driving: second and third the same. NAVKJATOU began slowly and on the outside but in the best going and. coming with a rush through the stretch, got up to win in the final strides. DEDANS, away fast and on the inside throughout, set a fast pace and was bumped at the eighth post by CENTRIFUGAL, then came again and finished well. CENTRIFUGAL was itished into quick contention from a slow beginning anil took the lead at the eighth post, but tired and swerved. SEPOY tired in the final sixteenth. MUFFET raced well. The latter showed the most speed from the start and raced HIDDEN JEWEL into defeat, but tired ami swerved out slightly in the stretch. RODEO was outrun for the first half, but fin. shed well. REPARATION was away well and was taken back and saved under restraint to the last turn and. coining on the outside when entering the stretch, finished fast and. passing LEOPARDESS, was going away at the end. LEOPARDESS raced into a clear lead and. setting a good pace under restraint, finished gamely and ran a fine race under her big weight. TOP SERGEANT began slowly and came wide when entering the stretch, but finished with a belated rush. MOONRAKER followed the early pacemaker in closest pursuit to the stretch, but tired when put to a drive. SETTING SUN closed a big gap. DR. O MARA finished well. THE ROLL CALL tired. RIIEK moved up with a rush and lost ground on the stretch turn, but came again at the end. JACQt.KS set a good pace and sa»ed ground when turning for home, but quit in the stretch.
