No, the pari-mutuel bill was defeated in the Oklahoma legislature, losing by three votes. L. Q. B., St. Louis, Mo. Yes. racing at Omaha is sanctioned by the Nebraska State Racing Commission and the pari-mutuels is the legalized method of speculation in that state.
