OPENING AT HUNTINGTON Weather Forecast Favorable and West Virginia Course in Splendid Condition for Inaugural. HUNTINGTON, W. Va., April 2. -Under promising conditions the spring mooting cf the West Virginia Jockey Club will got under way he-re tomorrow. The weather forecast is favorable, and the- track is in excellent shape. There are "00 horses already e n the scene.
