Assault has yet to win a race, but is in a nice spot here and should be the one to be returned the winner. Charlie Murrays last race should be thrown out in calculating- the probable winner. Had an easy win time before last and is the one to beat. Shasta Butte has been showing better in recent races. Has the speed to get the show. SEXATOR DOA* LAX— POLITE-MONOPOLY. Senator Donlans last race is passed and the one looked for to lead home this pack. best at the distance. Polite has been showing steady improvement and should be the one to furnish the contention. Monopoly is long overdue. On recent races capable of saving the show for her stable. GEORGE STARR— ROSE ROBERTS— LOT OF STYLE. George Starrs best effort was a pippin when he earned a win by a head from Van-derburg. If he runs back to that race can score here. Rose Roberts just missed in her last out and the race should put her on edge for todays effort. Give her the call for the place. Lot of Style has raced consistently in all her recent races. If she runs the same today can save the show money. MAYOR HOUSE— SINGAPORE— MISS OJIOM. Mayor House is old but speedy. His last race was a good one and look for him to get down in front today. Singapore scored in his last try. Has plenty of hoof and is the one to fear. Lot of Style is always trying. Like her for the show. RANGE KING— CANCELLATION— ADELE W, Range King had all the speed in his last essay. Should he run the same race today will again be returned the victor. Cancellation is strictly a sprinter. Distance is to her liking and expect her to furnish the contention. Adele W. is in the hands of a smart train ?r and may prove an upset. Looks good for third. RACHEL POTTER— TRAPNET— LOLA MONTEZ. Rachel Potter is now in winning form and Is expected to romp home an easy winner against this company. Trapnet needs a good rider to get him to show to his best advantage. Will prove dangerous with a good boy in the saddle. Lola Montez has been racing well of late and is the one looked for to land the show end of the purse. JULIA LEE— SON-O-UNC— GREAT * FINISHER. Julia Lee scored an easy win in her last race, and has but to repeat that effort to again be returned the winner. Son-o-Unc has two wins in a row to his credit, but the last one was more or less a lucky one. Like him for the place. Great Finisher belies his name, but should be the one to get up in time to land third. MY DADDY-DOCTOR BLUES— RUXLEIGH. My Daddy is of the speedy sort, and should have no trouble in annexing this purse. Looks like the best play of the day. Doctor Blues is now in good form, but likes a longer route. May have enough early hoof to land the place. Runleigh failed miserably in his last race, after winning three in a row. If he hasnt lost all his form, could land in third position. PICNIC— HOLLY BOY— BRYNDEAR. Picnic dopes many points better than anything in the race. Look for him to be the easiest kind of a winner. Holly Boy has only appeared once at this track this meeting, when he finished beaten off. Is fairly speedy, though, and should take the place. Bryndears recent races have been good ones. In her last try was a little short, and finished third, after setting all the pace. Look for her to do better today.
