WHAT JOCKEY ACTION? LEXINGTON, Ky.. April 26.--Rumors are still rife with regard to what action the license committee took during their recent session before the opening of the Kentucky Association track. Their report in full was submitted to the Kentucky State Racing •jmmission and will be made known after the next meeting of members composing the commission. Speculation continues as to the Identity of those who failed to get licenses, those who were put on the probationary list and those that caused the license board to deadlock. Humors have it that those on the probationary list are m. Qaraer, E. Pool, x. Barrett, E Beobie and J. HeupeL in the list of denials on which the committee recorded a tied vote are saiJ to be D.
