Chicago : As the first race wa.s run at Tijuana March 31. there was no "Mission Hills entry" in it and any wagers on that entry were draws. Harry A., Denver. Colo.: In such a case as the one described, the bet would be a draw. It would go on the entry with the named horse to go or no bet. F. J. C. El Paso.
