Bruce Head, general manager of the Fairmount Park Jockey Club, came over from St. Louis to confer with Col. Matt J. Winn with regard to the racing and plans or the Fairmount Park meeting. Mr. Head is highly enthusiastic over the prospects for the approaching meeting at Collinsville, 111. "Interest in our coming meeting is greater than ever," said Mr. Head.
