Thus far only two Illinais racing associations have applied for licenses to race, which is necessary under the provisions of the new Lager law that becomes effective July 1. H. J. Standard, director of agriculture, announced today that the Fair-mount Park Jockey Club had applied for a license to race from July 1 to July 4, inclusive, and the Lincoln - Fields Jockey Club applied for license to race from July 2 to August 13, inclusive. i
