COL. WINN ON TO LATONIA Col. Matt J. "Winn, who has been kept busy supervising the extensive improvements at Lincoln Fields, departed this afternoon for Latonia, to be there until the running of the Latonia Derby next Saturday. He will return here next week and be preceded by Charles F. Price, who arrives next Monday to look after the details of the racing department. Mr. Price will again serve as the presiding official at Lincoln Fields. Secretary William Shelley, who will serve at Lincoln Fields, came from Latonia Thursday and at once entered in preliminary work attached to his office.
