AURORA TURF NOTES | 4 ♦ ■ AURORA. III., April 13. The horses of the Lydea Mae Farm, trained by Mike Dieterle. arrived from Owensboro, Ky. They comprise the following : Majoe, Supporter, Molder, Ambitious and the two-year-olds Walter R. and Bumnsy Ray. The colts of this outfit are a fine looking lot. being home-breds. by Donnacona. J. Brown was an arrival from Columbus, Ohio, with the plater Hero. Jockey R. Mullaney was an arrival with the horses Attica and Pandale. property of Wild Rose Farm, Val Crane, proprietor. They are to be turned out at their owners farm at St. Charles. III. Jockey A. Pendergrass, who is connected with the stable of H. C. McConnell, was an arrival from Tijuana. Quite a number of horses were out on the track this morning, but the few that worked were not asked to go over a quarter. The track superintendent has promised the horsemen that he would start getting the track in shape for them this afternoon. Clyde Freeman was a visitor. He wintered quite a number of horses for different owners besides his own. He says he wont ship until about April 20.
