ALLETACHES FATAL MISHAP BALTIMORE, Md., May 1.— In accounting for Allctaches broken leg it was explained that while, the mare waB on her way to the post she was kicked on the hip by Theresa Joan, which probably cracked the bone. After reaching the post and in maneuvering for a position, she struck the fence, which broke the bone completely. Alletache was highly regarded by her owner on account of her breeding and was to have been retired to the stud at the close of the present season of racing.
