-« LOUISIANA RACING VICTORY BATON ROUGE, La.. June 20.— Supporters of racing scored five victories in their fight for the sport before committees of the House of Representatives here last night. Three of the measures, aimed to prohibit betting on and to halt racing, were reported unfavorably, while two others, to give parishes local option, received the same treatment. A sixth measure, known as the Richarme .bill, graduating the license tax, was reported favorably. Col. John P. Sullivan, chairman of the board of directors of the Louisiana Jockey Club, and a large delegation of racing enthusiasts from New Orleans, opposed the five measures reported unfavorably. In legislative circles it is taken for granted that the Richarme measure, for revenue, will hive the support of the administration, and very little, U any, real opposition to its passage is expected. *
