FRANK BRUEN RESIGNS Frank J Bruen who has been gen ¬ eral manager of Arlington Park since the track was built and who was to have served in the same capacity un ¬ der the present regime tendered his resignation Monday effective at once Mr Bruens action was prompted over failure to agree with the board of directors on details connected with the general managership managershipMr Mr Bruen leaves for New York where he will remain for some time before returning to Miami where he is general manager of the Miami Jockey Club
