I RULINGS OF STEWARDS AGUA CALIENTE, Mexico, March 25. The Agua Caliente stewards handed down the following rulings this morning. For violation of claiming rules: Owners J. D. Mikel and J. W. Johnston have been fined 00. For persistent rough riding in spite of numerous warnings on the part of stewards: Apprentice Tracey Reno has been set down for the remainder of the meeting. The application of Dr. George OConttell for re-consideration of his suspension at the meeting held here last winter has been tabled by the stewards. The license of trainer W. L. Young has been withdrawn by the stewards because of unsatisfactory running of horses trained by him. i :
