GARNER AND WIDENER SPLIT? PIMLICO, Md., Nov. 12 Jockey Frank Coltiletti was suspended yesterday for transgression of the racing rules. He says that he wont mind the suspension if it is lifted in time for him to ride at Miami, where he has been offered a good job. Coltiletti says that when the crowd gathered around him after the race the fans were not in a hostile mood but were merely trying to get his side of the argument with Mack Garner. The latter, according to reports, is through as contract rider for J. E. Widener.
