BOKIE B. raced SINGLE A. into defeat, gained command leaving the bck stretch, but tired badly. FAIR JUDGE came again after dropping back on the back stretch. REHOBOTH, hard urged from the start and on the outside of KAKAPO and CUTIE FACE until the stretch, took command in the last eighth and withstood CLOTHO. The later came through in the stretch and finished fast. KAKAPO raced CUTIE FACE into defeat and held en well. LADFIELD, taken up leaving the back stretch and taken wide in the last three-eiehths, would have been closer up but for the loss of ground. INDIAN RUNNER had no mishaps.
