DRIVER BILL DELAYED SPRINGFIELD, 111., April 24. The drivers license bill, sponsored by Senator Edward P. OGrady, of Chicago, failed to get before the house. Speaker Devine failed to call up the measure, which is on the second reading. OGrady was ready to offer amendments to withstand certain objections raised against the bill. Devine stated that he would present amendments of his own later.
