Labor Board Orders Election ElectionNEW NEW YORK N Y May 14 The State Labor Relations Board has ordered an elec ¬ tion on or before May 20 among employes in the parimutuel department at the Ja ¬ maica race track to determine whether they desire to be represented by the Mutuel Ticket Agents Union A F of L A M Goldberg executive secretary of the board also stated that the PariMutuel Employes Guild which the A F of L union claimed was companysponsored will not appear on the ballofon the grounds that it is not eligible because it is not a labor organiza ¬ tion constituted for the purposes recited in the State Labor Relations Act The board Goldberg said made no finding on the claim of the A F of L union that the Guild was a company union
