Seek Claiming Rules Changes ChangesSTICKNEY STICKNEY 111 May 29 The Horse ¬ mens Benevolent and Protective Associa ¬ tion through Monte Weil vicepresident of the midwestern division of that organ ¬ ization has requested a meeting of its rules committee with the Illinois Racing Board for the purpose of discussing regulations governing the claiming of horses at tracks in this state Representatives of the HBPA will recommend several changes in the rules The request for the hearing will be taken up at the next meeting of the racing board
