Bystander Injured as Ace Fleet Bolts During Running of Race RaceSTICKNEY STICKNEY ill June 8 When Ace Fleet bolted through a gate crossbar dur ¬ ing the running of the seventh race at Hawthorne Monday he caused injuries to several bystanders in the back stretch Most seriously hurt was Mrs Thelma Ken ¬ nedy mother of exercise rider Willie Clare and she was removed to a hospital where she was found to have sustained a frac ¬ tured shoulder a broken nose and inter ¬ nal injuries injuriesJockey Jockey Don Hauer who was thrown from the horse and trainer L D Glasser who also was standing at the scene of the acci ¬ dent escaped with minor injuries Hauer received bruises which will keep him out of the saddle for several days daysJockey Jockey Anthony Skoronski who was un ¬ seated by O Risky before the start of the third race Monday also was out of the saddle today
