The latter, badly outrun early, was forced to race on the outside while assuming a contending position and wa* going be-t at the end. OCEANIA drove through on the inside to show in front at the quarter pole, was crowded when between MILLY C. and MALVASET. then tired. MALVASET opened a commanding lead in the opening furlong only to tire badly. AIRILY was forwardly y placed from the start then faltered.
