Kellar Pacific Veteran GROVE CITY, Ohio, June 11— C. K. Kellar of Columbus, joined starter W. C. Dalys crew Friday, He is a former owner and trainer. Kellar served in the Army for three years and saw action in the Philippines. He was a platoon sergeant and was awarded the Purple Heart. Oak Leaf Cluster, Bronze Star and Combat Infantry badge.
