WENT TO POST— 2:35. OFF AT 2:361 EASTERN WAR TIME. Start good from stall gate. Won driving; second and third the same. JES LOV ME, in trouble while racing in close quarters to the three-furlong pole, came eamoly when clear and, after disposing of FAST TEMPO, held FIRST FAMILY safe. The latter worked her way forward steadily and, coming to the outside for the drive, closed stoutly under urging. VALDINA GREEDY lacked early speed, but finished fast. FAST TEMPO assumed command at once, made the pace until near the finish, then tired. ATTESTER had a rough trip. MISS TIME lacked racing room throughout and never was dangerous. BROOKLANDVILLE never was prominent. NOAHYALE was outran. SENIOR PROM quit after racing prominently to the stretch. WEAPONS PRIDE was done early. DOUBLE BOURBON broke poorlv. ROUGH FEATHERS, never far back, came to the middle of the track entering the stretch and, responding to punishment, disposed of LUNCH IATE in the last sixteenth mile. The latter, much used racing YAVAPAI into defeat, held on determinedly when set down for the drive but was unable to withstand the winner. BUCK THIRTEEN raced evenly to the stretch, then closed fast under urging. FIRE HIGH, between horses during the drive, finished well under pun hment. TAXI KING lacked early speed. MISS EUNICE never was prominent. HELEN OF PARIS could not keep up. YAVAPAI was hustled into command early, made the pace to the stretch under pressure from LUNCH DATE, then quit. DARK MORNING saved ground while racing within striking distant e of the pacemaker to the stretch, responded to a good hand ride during the drive and held TEDDY LASS safe. The latter, outrun the first half, finished fa-t under punishment but could not threaten the winner. MARGlS went to the front early, made the pace to the last eighth mile, then faltered, but lasted to finish in a dead hea with RECLAMATION for third. DECLAMATION, never far back, held on willindy and was on equal terms with MARGLS at the end. BALLYRAG gae way after racing prominently to the stretch. LINDA M. was outrun throughout. STROLLING EASY faltered after displaying early speed. DO REIGH MI had no excuse*. SIR ALFREDS running bandages came loose during the stretch run and was not persevered with in the late stages. The latter, slow to begin, worked his way up steadily and. coming to the outside for the drive, finished fast under punishment. FLOAT ME, much used engaging WESTMINSTER to the stretch, had nothing left for the drive. MOMO FLAG could iot get to the leaders when hard urged during the final quarter pole.
