California Racing Revenue RevenueLOS LOS ANGELES Calif May 29 The State of California realized a grand total of 1638519728 from parimutuel pools at race tracks during the short fiscal year ex ¬ tending from July 1 1947 to May 15 1948 a report issued by the California Horse Racing Board revealed today In addition license fees paid by individual licensees connected with racing brought in another 1773650 By far the largest portion of the states receipts 1171628984 was al ¬ located to the fair and exposition fund for the encouragement of livestock and agri ¬ culture industries
