NO LOCAL RACING NEXT WEEK WEEKThe Weather The present Harlem meeting will close today There will bo no racing in the vicinity of Chi ¬ cago cargo for one week Sheffield will then open and run for a term of fifteen days daysSecretary Secretary Nathanson Nathan said last night that the reason for closing the meeting at Harlem so abruptly was the bad weather and miserable condition of ehe eh track The latter is entirely unfit to race over now and naturally before it gets good it will be in a worse condition A majority of the horsemen and jockeys now here will remain and take part in the Sheffield meeting
