QUARTERS FOR GARTHS HORSES. Washington, D. C. February G. — Superintendent Tom Siiahan. of the Hennings track, and trainer Billy Garth have solved the problem of quarters t"i the string of fifty live horses Carth will bring here from Charlottesville. Va.. week after next. Stalls for thirty-two were found inside the track inclosure and the remaining twenty-three will be quartered just across the railroad tracks in Ben-nings village. Garth says his horses are going along finely at the farm and that "from now on no grass will grow under their feet." He expressed himself as satisfied witli the weights assigned to De Mund. and Horace K. in the big handicaps, but could not say whether or not they would start.
