Abe Meyer was a forward contender throughout and showed improvement. Braden showed early speed, but tired "and had no mishaps. Land Breeze came from a long way back. Fiowaway tired in the stretch run. Ottoman was a distant trailer all the way. The winuer was entered for 00; no bid. Scratched — 72201 Animus, 104. Jacobite was prominent from the start and ran a good race, but tired after going three-quarters and barely lasted long enough to retaiu second place. Pasadena, running to his best form, was gaining fast at the end and would have been second in a few more strides. Comedienne showed speed, but tired fast after going a half. Miss Mazzoni. repeatedly a sufferer from interference, ran a good race. Jennies Beau, almost thrown at the start, closed a big gap and finished fast. Arrow Swift, away in a fugle and forced back in the first quarter, came with a rush at the end. Sabado showed improvement. Moscow Belle tired fast after going well for three-quarters. George H.
