THIRTY-SIX FOALS AT NURSERY STUD. Lexington. Ky.. The stallions at the Nursery this season were mated with ninety-two mares, of which fiftv-six are in Mr. Belmonts stud. Rock Sand covered thirtv three: Hastings thirty two; Singleton fifteen and Fair Play twelve, this being the first season at the stud for the good son of Hastings. No outside mares went to the court of Fair Plav. Mr. Belmont is expected here shortlv lo inspect the yearlings, thirty-eight or f.irtv in number, and to say what dis|»osition shall be made of them. He will, it is presumed, have the majority of tlicin trained.
