Recently It was reported in : pmllSa of the dailv press that an ordinance had been passed bv the cltv council of Salt Lake Cllv wbicfa would prevent Outlier racing at Bnens Vista Iark. at which track the Itah Jockey Clubs r lit meetings have been given. The roUowing telegram to Dally Racing Form from Richard Owv.r. manager of the track, effectnally dispose* of the report; "Everything nil right for rail sseettag of thirty-one en s at Ruenu Vista track."
