ONTARIO JOCKEY CLUB PROSPERING. Toronto. Out.. November 22. The annual meeting of the Ohtario Jockey Club was held Thursday at the companys offices. Imperial Bank Buildings, with President Joseph E. Seagram in the Chair. The chairman referred to the successful season enjoyed by the club, aud stated that purses had been substantially Increased during tin; past vear. anil now amounted to more than 00.000 distributed between the spring and autumn meetings. Work on the new grandstand at Woodbine Park was raphllv , going ahead, more than 2.O0O feet of Sleel work i having been erected. The contractors are bound to complete everything lx-fore May 1 next. A dividend of 5 per cent, was declared 011 the capital stock for the past year. The following officers were re-elected: President Joseph E.; Seagram, Waterloo; first vice-president, SJr Edmund 15. Osier. M. P.. Toronto; second vice-president. Sic Lyman Melvln Jones. To-roiitu; executive committee, I. W. Alexander, R. .1., Christie aiid A. E. Dyinent. Toronto; Lieut-Col. Hon. J. S. Hendrie, C.
