J0YNER TO OPEN PUBLIC STABLE. New York. December 11. — Jack Joyner. who has come back to his old stamping ground, will open a public stable, probably at Belmont Park. Joyner, before he went to England to train the string of H. P. Whitney, ranked in the first flight of American trainers and trained Sydney Pagets horses when racing was at its heyday. Fort the last five years he raced the horses of Mr. Whitney in England, and was the most successful of the American trainer:-, on the British turf. He recently came back bere on a visit and decided that in view of the unsettled conditions in England and the fact that American racing was coming hack into its own he would settle down here again.
