RECORD ENTRY FOR STEEPLECHASE. Fifty-nine Arc Named, for L. Steward Loving Memorial Cup at Piping Rock Course. New York. February fj. — Fifty-nine cutties have been received for the L. Steward Loving Memorial Cup. ii steeplechase trophy, to be run for on the Piping Rock course for the first time this year. This is the greatest number of entries ever received for a steeadechaae at a hunt meeting. Then will be another losing, which will no doubt increase the number. The cup is solid gold and will be held from year to year by he owners or winners, but a replica of the cup will become the property of the owner of each winner annually. Theae prizes are in addition to ,880 added money. At the hunts committee no-ding of the National Steeplechase and Hunt Assoi iation. to be held next Thursday. A. Fillmore Hyde, who is one of Unloading membeis of the F.ssex Club, will represent New Jersey. The committee is made np of nine members, the majority representing lecagahaed rtaha in dhTen lit states, and three members of the National Steeplechase and Hunt Association.
