At the stud he was a pronounced success, among his progeny being Botafogo, winner of 1919.sh1,500. At the time of his death Old Mail headed this-yeHr!i list of winning stallions in the Argentine with 07,065, next coming Saint Wolf with 1,505, Polar Star 9,25 and Leopard 50.825.
