CAMPBELL NOT FOR LIBERTYVILLE J B CamplHll of New Orleans was in Chicago yesterday from Bellaire Mich where he has been fishing for some weeks He goes back to finish his vacation today Campbell was called here in connection with the proposed Libertyville racing venture and after talking the matter over with James OLeary declined to serve in any capacity at Libertyville Mr Campbell is a most competent man and his only engagement at present is for Fort Eric shquld Canadian racing be resumed at the track opposite Buffalo He has been holidaying in Michigan since the Hot Springs meeting after a long session of hard work in Ken ¬ tucky and at New Orleans The reorganization in Kentucky released Campbell from his engagements there
