AVon driving; second and third the same. W. G. MeCLINTOCK was saved close up until turning for home, then came fast under hard riding and jnst managed to outstay GEN. BYNG. The latter came from far back with a belated rush and would have won in the next stride. OBSTINATE ran well. WISE JUDGE began slowly ami was forced to race wide, bat finished fast. MISS DUNBAR tired. LITTLE ORPHAN, racing close up and saving ground on all turns, answered to urging when called on and held REYDO safe in the closing strides. REYDO moved up fast after rounding tire lust turn and outfinished DECKHAND. The latter lost much ground on the turn for home, but finished with a great rush and. with better racing luck, might have won. DORA closed a great gap in a fast finish. JOB ELAIR moved up fast after rounding the last turn and showed in front when an eighth out, but could not quite withstand the winners closing challenge. MILDA ran well and finished gamely.
